Important Note:
Camera access is optional and only requested when you choose to use camera-related features. You can deny camera permissions and still use most of our services. Photos are stored securely and used only for the purposes mentioned above.

All payments must be made through Rahvaan's approved payment channels unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
If you pay a driver or transporter outside Rahvaan, the company is not responsible or liable for disputes, fraud, refunds, or legal issues. Such matters will remain between you and the driver/transporter.
Refunds will be processed strictly as per the Rahvaan Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our platform.
Payment Gateway Fees, GST, other taxes, and applicable charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Data Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Once the data is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
